Features of Kilton’s new screws for concrete
Kilton’s new line of concrete screws offers superior strength and durability. This is made possible through the highest quality materials and a precise, highly controlled manufacturing process. Kilton’s screws, also described in the Expometals article, are the result of an ongoing commitment to innovation.
The main features of the new screws for concrete include:
- Safe and durable fixing of frames to concrete: these screws provide a firm and stable grip, ideal for fixing frames.
- Diameters between 5 and 7.5 mm: the availability of diameters allows greater versatility in applications, adapting to both light and heavier installations.
- Two versions, TC (cylindrical head) and TS (countersunk head): the screws are available in two configurations to suit different installations. Galvanized and passivated screws: these screws are treated with a galvanizing and passivation process that provides optimal protection against corrosion, significantly extending their service life even in harsh environments.
Kilton’s range of screws for concrete is available in stock from the end of September 2024. We have decided to start producing the 5 mm diameter screws in reduced cylindrical head, and then gradually move on to produce the entire range, up to and including the 7.5 mm diameter in both TC and TS models.
At Kilton we are always available to provide comprehensive assistance in selecting the most suitable screws.
